A girl told me once after a date, "Call me sometime." I took that to mean she wasn't that interested; what with 'sometime' being rather ambiguous. So I never called. I ran into her again a few years later, we chatted briefly and ended with a similar request to eventually calll. I brushed it off at first, figuring I didn't even have the number. But then I hunted through some old emails. I did. And so I called her. Today, we're married. Having since discussed that first "sometime", I learned that it actually did mean sometime and not "never talk to me again you creep." Ah the little things a dull bloke can learn... There is though, a bit of a blurred line being a pussy and a total idiot. I'd have to say i was quite a bit of both - riding the fence like a cowboy on a bull.
