Dating does waste vast amounts of time. if you meet a dud. We do have lots of screwed up notions on sex which ads to the pressure of dating I think. Very hard to unlearn what you've learned also. I'm not allowed to give away too much though. I have been told by those who have taken it and lead it that it takes 5 weeks to get to intimacy, which is really what it's all about. So the first part will be on sex and our screwed up notions of sex. I hate dating now more than ever. It wasn't so bad when I was young. I don't think I had the sense that my time is valuable. LOL! Now the topics of sex and intimacy is something that's never intelligently explored whenever I see an article about it or show or whatever. There are some but it's few and far between. I find dating to be a barbaric process that feels forced and primitive yet necessary to find someone. I never perform well in these situations but as I’ve grown a little older I’ve become more comfortable with things and it’s not as bad as when I was in my early 20s. But I still hate dating.
