I’m going to take Kelly’s advice about opening with the previous night’s beverage selection. As I didn’t have much to write about today, I’m going with the booze. I highly recommend Piper-Heidsieck Cuvee Sublime champagne. It was sublime. I usually don’t post twice in one day, but by tomorrow the champagne would be old news. It’s nearly old news now. I need to buy a few more bottles just to have around. It was that good. We were still talking about it on Sunday afternoon.
